The Division of Housing (DOH) has emergency rental assistance funding for Coloradans who have fallen behind on their rent, meet income limits and other qualifying factors, and are at risk of eviction or displacement.

City of Denver Eviction Supports
- Free Eviction Legal Clinic offered weekly, details here.
- City of Denver provides funding for free legal services for low to moderate income households (at or below 80% of the area median income) facing an eviction.
- City of Denver also provides free tenant-landlord counseling services, which can help you know your rights as a tenant and resolve issues in order to retain housing.
