The Coalition offers numerous opportunities for employees to learn and grow. 

• Systems training for workplace success (electronic health records, clinical documentation skills, accounting, HR/payroll, and other information management systems),
• Hard skills training for success on the job designed to reveal and leverage an employee's unique aptitudes and strengths,
• Regular compliance training for professional licensure and other requirements (Medicare, BLS, blood borne pathogens, HIPAA, CEU credits, time off and money to cover CMEs for qualified practitioners),
• Learning Paths for management, career, and leadership development.
